Choose Your Lifestyle to Fit Your GeneStyleTM



You have your own unique style.  Take your hair.  Maybe it is black and straight, or red and curly, but you cut and comb it the way you want it to be.  It is the same with your learning style or athletic style.  You take what you were born with, your strengths and weaknesses, and you work with or against them, you emphasize or downplay them.  You make the choices that become your “lifestyle.”

Of course your genes determine what type of hair you have, or what kind of learner or athlete you are.  Your genes also determine what type of muscle fibers you have, what sort of sleeper you might be, or how you tolerate alcohol.  Simply put, your genes tell you who you are, what Nature (and your parents) have given you.  Getting your DNA tested will tell you exactly which genes you possess and how they are expressed in your body.  That’s the first step.  Getting your Health Action PlanTM will tell you what you can DO about your genes.  That’s the next step, and it will help you make the choices that become your GeneStyleTM.
